IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Fire Support System Integration Support (Field Artillery) Specialist in Fort Sill, OK

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and validate system fielding and sustainment programs and products for complete and accurate information.
  • Verify performance capabilities of current and emerging Fire Support targeting systems (mounted/dismounted) and their associated Fire Support Tactical Data Systems. Support the verification and validation of Soldier systems and products for logistical demonstrations, new equipment training programs of instruction, and interoperability testing.
  • Support unit level individual and collective training on current and future fire support systems.
  • Capture/document tactical user input and system required capabilities and identify system deficiencies.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate systems/capabilities, regarding program compliance with current requirements; provide subject matter expertise to systems related integrated product team venues, design reviews, and test events; develop briefings, prepare fact sheets, talking papers, decision papers and information paper in support of systems/capabilities.
  • Review applicable Fires technical manuals, Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals and other forms of instruction for accuracy and completeness.
• Develop a monthly status report/significant activity reports and EXSUMs of key events to ACM Fires Cells.
  • The status report shall include the status of ongoing system production lines, system fielding’s, testing, system modifications / improvements, input from institutional and operational units, critical maintenance issues, and calendar of key future activities.
• Shall have experience in conducting meetings, leading discussion groups, briefing senior audiences, effectively communicating conceptual ideas in writing, and orally articulating thoughts to support the development of Army and Fires concepts, doctrine and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) IAW Army Regulation (AR) 25-50, “Preparing and Managing Correspondence” (17 May 2013) and Field Manual (FM) 6-0, C2, “Commander and Staff Organization and Operations” (22 April 2016).

Education and General Experience:

• Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited university. Master's degree or above is preferred.
• Shall have a minimum of ten (10) years of cumulative, current operational experience in the Field Artillery (FA) (may include Guard and Reserve experience). (Current operational experience is defined as service ending within the last five years).
• Shall have specialized experience, defined as: Worked/practiced in Fire Support roles with knowledge of currently fielded fire support targeting sensors (mounted and dismounted) and Fire Support Tactical Data System capabilities for six years (concurrent with the ten (10) years of operational experience in the FA).
  • Eight (8) years or more experience is preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Clearance Requirements: Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance.
