Basic Purpose: As an Account Rep, your basic job standard is to manage the sales, delivery, and merchandising processes for the accounts to which you have been assigned.

Assigned Tasks:

• Delivery
  • Put up delivered product. rotate stock, fill shelves, face product per guidelines.
  • Ensure all areas containing our products are maintained properly, organized and clean.
  • Frequent lifting of up to fifty (50) pounds.
  • Ability to walk, reach overhead, stoop and bend.
• Merchandising
  • Build displays.
  • Ensure required point of sale materials are displayed properly.
  • Ensure shelf tags, signage, and points of distribution for all products are in place.
• Sales
  • Take inventory of product in store.
  • Sell-in products per guidelines; promotions, specials, points of distribution, etc.
  • Place order for account.

General Knowledge

• Learn the proper way to deliver, store, rotate, display and handle beverages by working with the sales manager and team leader
• Become familiar with what packages are on promotion at the proper time by attending all team meetings
• Learn the names of the owners and managers of the accounts assigned your work group. Develop a rapport with your customers.
• Track all tasks in handheld through Mobility as instructed.

General Responsibilities

• Learn the accounts on all assigned routes in the work group and the sequence in which they are to be worked
• Become familiar with the brands carried by each account
• Learn where display areas are located in each account
• Attend company , seminar ,and team meetings each week when requested
• Always ask questions if you do not know the answer to any problem before taking action
• Always bring any problems to your Team Leader
