Job Purpose: The Accounts Payable position is responsible for paying invoices and managing vendor activity.

Job Duties:

• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Process vendor invoices in the accounting software utilizing 2-way match.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
• Process payments as needed.
• Ensure vendor files and information are complete and supporting document is attached in accounting software.
• Review vendor statements.
• Correspond with vendors and research when necessary for any billing or payment issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Applicants must be able to pass background and substance test, have valid drivers license and auto insurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
