We are in search of an individual who has great communication skills to help our Sales Department find the best talent. You will be helping candidates schedule an interview, answering questions about the hiring process, and following up with highly sought-after applicants.

Objective

The objective of a BRS Accessory Sales Coordinator is to retain customers by coordinating necessary work outside the normal scope of a solar installation and be a direct line of contact with the customer.

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers who are having trouble with their installations and provide quick solutions.
• Generate new solar documents as the customers situation changes.
• Communicating crucial details with customers about their solar installation.
• Restructuring loan documents as needed.

Attributes:

• Detail oriented – keeping up with customers accounts as they change as well as keeping detailed notes.
• A team player – can work well with other departments.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Eager to learn and develop new skill sets.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Sales experience is preferred.

Compensation:

$60-65K Annually
