Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our eCommerce platform
• Oversee compliance, SEO/SEM, content review/moderation, and customer service
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to eCommerce operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and initiatives
• Develop and maintain documentation and operational procedures
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Monitor and analyze eCommerce metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Keep up-to-date with the latest eCommerce trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in eCommerce, retail, or customer service operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with people at a variety of levels
• Resourceful and intellectually curious mentality, not afraid to dig into issues or projects
• Experience with SQL, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Salesforce
• Familiar and comfortable working in gray areas or dealing with offensive content
• Pop culture nerd or avid online shopper a plus

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $75,716.02 - $112,028.52 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• San Bruno, CA 94066: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
