Job Discription

Key Responsibilities:

• Provision and deprovision user accounts and access controls for various systems and applications
• Maintain and administer our Active Directory, Microsoft O365, Mainframe/RACF, and Windows File System access controls
• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures related to user access controls
• Manage and monitor access control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with other IT teams and business units to provide effective identity and access management solutions
• Conduct regular security audits and reviews to identify and remediate any security risks or vulnerabilities
• Maintain and develop automation and scripting tools to support IAM processes and tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in identity and access management or related field
• Strong experience with Active Directory, Microsoft O365, Mainframe/RACF, and Windows File System access controls
• Demonstrated success provisioning and deprovisioning users, as well as managing transfers
• Experience with scripting languages, such as PowerShell
• Strong understanding of security access management principles and best practices
• Familiarity with security standards and regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA and PCI-DSS
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $61,545.23 - $108,347.15 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Greenwood Village, CO 80121: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• VMWare: 1 year (Required)
