Haltom city company is seeking highly-skilled Maintentance Tech to join our growing organization. In this position, you will work to complete jobs on time and on budget. Maintain and repair Industrial Manufacturing equipment. Conducting regular PM's, repairing and maintaining electrical and mechanical aspects of machinery.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Performs a wide range of skilled mechanical repairs and operations in support of production projects and or building repairs.

• Works from specifications and design criteria including but not limited to verbal instructions, drawings, and blueprints to assemble, modify, rework, and/or reassembles production components or parts

• Creates or repairs parts using machine shop equipment utilizing drawings, process documentation, and/or verbal instructions.

• Cleans parts prior to production use as required

• Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of industry, machinery, and techniques

• Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of all applicable safety regulations and considerations

• Completes all required paperwork; prepares required reports and correspondence

• Performs clean-up and tool and parts inventory activities

Required Education

• 5 years Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, or related experience.

• Experience working with metals, press brakes, plasmas and other metal working machinery.

• Ability to read and understand work instructions and drawings

• Familiarity with various mechanical and electrical measuring equipment

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

• Ability to manage priorities and workflow

• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

• Acute attention to detail

• Computer literate

• Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance

• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

• Ability to understand and follow all safety requirements and cautions

• Ability to perform the physical labor necessary

· High School Diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
