- Compensation: Starting pay rate of $19.05, actual wage will be adjusted based on experience.
- Benefits: This is a full-time and part-time seasonal position eligible for a season pass for employee/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc) also available.
- Must have basic mechanical skills. Training is provided.
- Work in the outdoors in extreme cold
- Learn and understand snowmaking systems and the mountain layout.
- Set up, operate and maintain snowmaking equipment
- Be attentive to staff and guest safety.
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
- Heavy lifting
- Typical week includes 4 - 12 hour shifts and overnight shifts. Overtime as needed.
- Flexibility - we may rotate staff to other mountain operations positions as needed.
