Job Description:
The weave technician works closely with the weave operator to maintain efficiency and keep the machines in top operating condition. This position is responsible for trouble shooting and repairing mechanical breakdowns and various weave machine failures.

Fill out and understand necessary paperwork in order complete assignments correctly.
Ensure the right products and procedures are being followed.
Work safely while repairing machines.
Work as a team with other operators and other associates.
This position will report directly to the Sr. Production Manager.

Job Requirements:
The weave technician needs to be comfortable in performing and leading the following:
Ability to learn other duties in plant.
Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively to achieve maximum efficiency.
Working knowledge of safety rules and strict adherence to all rules that govern technicians.

Ability to understand general safety requirements and articulate to others.
Respected by others and ability to get along with all associates.
Organizational skills

Salary Range: $17.13 - $19.11
