Wealth Performance Management teammates work within the lines of business and align business strategy with client facing teammates' sales activities through incentive and compensation design and execution. The team develops and models performance measures, produces management reporting, consults with business leaders, and coordinates with support enablement partners to design and execute incentives. The team is also responsible for incorporation of strong risk management activities in all aspects of their work and remaining in compliance with applicable policies, laws and regulations. Team member who may direct activities of more junior teammates based on their subject matter expertise with applicable business consulting, sales incentive or compensation design experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Has responsibility for sub-LOB or LOB incentive plan designs and/or administration activities.
  • Is knowledgeable of components of FIP plan designs and implementation, including how support partners enable incentive processing
  • Helps drive business results by participating in cross functional teams to design FIP earning opportunities by analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and leveraging technology to design and implement FIPs while taking into consideration applicable employment law, HR guidelines, and Compliance concerns
  • Participates and may lead select efforts with support teams including Human Resources, Total Rewards, Strategic Finance Office (SFO), Risk, Legal, Data Office and EdgeSell to source required data for field reporting and manager decision making
  • Analyzes data to generate useful information to be provided to leadership
  • Effectively communicates FIP designs, reporting metrics, and goal setting determination
  • Lead for developing procedures and process flows, applicable teammate websites, and internal reference information
  • Identifies process inhibitors, considers upstream and downstream business partner impacts, and solves for issues
  • Develops and delivers training to new and existing FIP participants
  • Develops and delivers applicable procedures and process flows associated with incentive plan administration, including resolving gaps or conflicts
  • Leads by example, and assists others to deliver on time and accurate incentive award processing and statement generation across all levels of FIP design by adhering to process guidelines and executing quality control

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced knowledge of PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and VISIO
  • 4-6 years of business experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to develop and lead collaboratively to achieve results, to obtain diverse views and drive optimal solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to show initiative and exercise judgment, persuasion and negotiation skills, with limited coaching, to resolve problems
  • Knowledge of and experience with quality control measures; demonstrated creativity in applying quality control measures to mitigate errors and omissions
  • Experience in change management and project management including ability to effectively track and report progress
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that lead to building and strengthening partnerships
  • Proven analytical ability to gather data and perform analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, recommend improvements, and deliver those improvements
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Able to explain changes effectively to teammates and/or leadership, both written and verbal including ability to explain complex processes or designs
  • Able to manage own and team priorities, with limited guidance, and focus work on the most critical or value-added solutions
