PRIMARY FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for support the plants in implementing production methodologies with a specific focus on Lean manufacturing, developing pillar route maps, master plans, and audit presentations. Structure and attend the Pillar and team meetings.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be responsible for the implementation of lean manufacturing activities inside the plant.
Guaranteeing the correct implementation of main KPIs.
Develop internal and external benchmarking in order to identify new industrial methodologies and best practices, promoting the standardization of tools and procedures and supporting plants regarding continuous improvement methodologies.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent title
Strong Problem Solving skills
Team working in international teams
Results-oriented
Fluent English
Must be self-directed and proficient at multi-tasking
Excellent time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work overtime as needed
Some travel required
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills

DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS:
Knowledge of PowerPoint and building presentations
Good knowledge of automotive sector
