Currently we are looking for a Warehouse Engineer who is passionate about logistics and warehousing. Do you want to be part of our engineering team in one of the biggest warehouses in Italy? Find here all the details!

Responsibilities:

• 
  Monitors and detects the operational flows, the relative productivity and the KPIs of the warehouse under its responsibility;

• Analyzes the KPI of the automation installations, collaborating with the automation engineeris, to ensure an efficient utilization in the global process;

• Supports the Engineering Manager, Warehouse Manager and Operations Manager in daily activity, analyzing data and processes, trying to improve flows and carrying out follow-up on production;

• Supports colleagues who deal with the administration for active and passive billing, budget creation and income statement;

• Develops implementation projects for internal process improvement and elaborate specific analyzes, based on needs, coordinating with Business Unit Program Manager, KPI and continuous improvement manager and Solution Design department;

• Interfaces with the ICT department for software changes;

• Interfaces with the customer in periodic meetings, to analyze problems and propose solutions;

• Ensures SOX compliance on all processes within its competence;

• Carries out its activities in compliance with workplace safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08) and safety procedures intended as protection of company assets.

Requirements:

• 
  Degree in Management, Logistics or Economics Engineering;

• Experience of at least 2 years in the role within companies in the logistics and transport sector;

• Fluency in English;

• Excellent knowledge of the Office Package;

• Good knowledge of Autocad and AS400;

• Ability to analyze and synthesize, good communication and relational skills, problem solving, flexibility.

What we offer:

The type of contract and working hours will be discussed in more detail during the interview.

Willingness to work also on shifts and Saturday and Sunday depending on the specific business needs of the site is requested.

Important is the ability to reach the place of work autonomously within the scheduled hours.

An insertion plan will be drawn up for the function ad hoc with respect to the role to be filled.
