Warehouse Assistant Needed: Upscale shoe, clothing and accessory retail chain seeks the right receiving Warehouse Assistant for its Port Chester, NY location. Duties: Receiving merchandise from UPS and Fedex at the loading dock, checking packing lists for accuracy, unpacking merchandise, receiving merchandise in our computer system, putting clothing on hangers, tagging, sensoring, and packing up merchandise to be brought to the stores by our driver, etc. You may also process returns to vendors (RTV's) when applicable, etc.

Hours: Monday - Friday (10:00 - 6:00), though the schedule may change at times as needed so please be flexible. Some Saturdays required during our busy seasons and Sidewalk Sales/events.

Required: Two year minimum warehouse receiving experience. Applicants without this experience will not be considered at this time. Warehouse clothing, shoes and/or accessory experience strongly preferred. Accuracy and attention to detail in all work, including on the computer. Ability to bend and reach, lift and carry heavy items, climb stairs and ladders; etc. Please have at least a high school or equivalent education, good communication skills, be a US citizen, lawful permanent resident or an alien authorized to work, and be a team player, hard working, trustworthy and punctual.
