Job Summary

We seek an experienced and organized Picker/Packer to join our growing team. This position requires a versatile individual who can assist with picking, packing, and shipping customers’ orders, as well as helping to replenish stock and keep the warehouse clean and organized. Our ideal candidate is supremely organized, efficient, and a great team player, though the ability to work independently and be a self-starter, will be important, as there will be times you’re working alone. Looking for an individual with experience shipping & fulfilling customer orders.

Job Responsibilities

• Fulfillment and shipment of customer orders.
• Restocking of picking stations for the next day.
• Light warehouse duties, including product rotation, cleaning, and organizing.
• Building and filling of special product boxes (MCTB and Dealer boxes)
• Unloading of delivery trucks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Office Environment Details:

• Casual dress code with flexible weekday hours.
• Some weekend hours are required.
• Part-Time classification with <30 hours per week. Could turn into a full-time position for the right candidate.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers and fractions.
• Must be a team player and work well with others.

Essential Job Functions

• The employee is required to use their hands to pull, push, handle, or feel of the product being produced. They must also have the ability to stoop, kneel or crouch.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Employee will stand 95% of the workday.
