We are looking for a Full time Warehouse worker to work in our Minneapolis, MN location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, stocking, order filling, shipping and delivery. You must possess a valid driver’s license, operate a forklift, and be able to lift up to 50 plus pounds. Familiarity with industrial power transmission equipment a plus.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling products; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area or trucks and Kitting
• Sort and place items on racks, shelves or in bins according to Baldwin’s standards
• Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer. May also assist in counting of physical inventory
• Responsible for local deliveries
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
• Follow all safety regulations and wear the proper safety equipment

Qualification requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to operator and maintain equipment (ie forklift)
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2-5 yrs previous warehouse experience preferred
• Good communication, listening skills organizational, time management mathematical skills
• Dependable and Reliable
• Inventory, data entry and computer skills required
• Ability to bend and lift heavy objects (10-25lbs frequently up to 50 lbs occasionally)

Working Conditions: This job operates in a professional warehouse environment with outside weather conditions. This role routinely uses standard warehouse equipment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
