Walker Methodist Care Suites provides 72 apartments offering expert care and services to residents. We serve individuals who need higher levels of assisted living and we are specifically designed to provide around-the-clock continuous care for long-term residents.

Walker Methodist Care Suites is recruiting for a Float Assistant. This position will support a number of departments within Walker Methodist Care Suites including Concierge, Activities, Housekeeping and Culinary! Join an amazing team!

Schedule:

Part-Time to Full-Time hours, flexibility with schedule **NOT a set schedule**

Minimum requirements:

• Pleasant, tactful, respectful, and professional with residents, family members, healthcare staff, and coworkers
• Engaging, enthusiastic and willing to learn and overflowing with creativity to share in planning new activities
• Able to accept direction and suggestions to provide the highest quality of service to our customers
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Willing to adjust daily cleaning schedule, as needed
• Interest in regularly interacting with older adults
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to live Walker Methodist's customer service principles
