- Customer resident for Airbag ECU development
- Support customer with parts release activities following customer process
- Support customer bench testing activities and bench debugging
- Support customer builds as needed (ECU supply, reflash...)
- Define mounting locations of ECU/sensors and Create project specific Mounting checklist
- Perform and evaluate modal analysis of vehicle structure at mounting locations (FEM and measurement based)
- Analyze crash data (CAE and crash center)
- Evaluate mounting locations according to mounting checklist
- Support crash planning and testing
- Support homologation testing
- Perform Launch management plant visit
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
- 2-3 years knowledge in Automotive Embedded System Development
- CAN, Canoe, Diagnostic tools knowledge
- Good knowledge in ECU diagnostics, Airbag ECU knowledge preferred
- Vehicle structures
- Configuration Management
- Very good communication skills
- Signal Processing and Analysis
- MATLAB/Simulink experience
- Modal Analysis
- Measurement and Test Engineering
