Work Description:
  • Responsible for the organization's cash management, banking, and investment activities
  • Assists in the development of funding and investment strategies for corporate assets
  • Performs, records, and reconciles wire transfers, EFT, or foreign exchange transactions in support of the organization's treasury strategy, ensuring that appropriate liquid funds are available to meet organizational needs
  • Maintains current bank account documentation, including balances and transaction details
  • Conducts build versus buy analyses
  • Monitors company's cost of capital
  • Monitors cash flow and reports analysis results to higher level management and makes recommendations
  • Credit memos for US and Canada
  • Customer refunds for US and Canada
  • Credit applications
  • Sales tax monitoring (tax exempt forms from customers)
  • Sending out credit card invoices from previous day
  • Create unit schedule
  • Banking – daily bank reconciles, wires, etc. for US and Canada
  • Credit card management – request new cards, raise limits, etc. for US and Canada
  • Weekly cash forecast for US and Canada
  • Responsible for expense reporting system Chrome River – weekly processing, administrative functions, audits
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in accounting and/or finance
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs. occasionally
  • Mostly sedentary work, but may involve standing, climbing, stooping, bending, and/or reaching for brief periods of time
