We are looking for an experienced professional with a broad background and exceptional skills in training and implementation, ideally in the healthcare, government, or financial services industry or similar. Excellent communication and reporting skills are imperative - MS PowerPoint and Excel intermediate skills a must. Most critically, this position requires flexibility, agility, a positive attitude, fierce work ethic, ability and desire to learn quickly, and consistent delivery of value through ambiguity as a partner-focused change agent. Must be able to work independently on assignments while simultaneously engaging as a collegiate and collaborative part of a larger departmental team.

Job Location: Work at Home, candidate must be located in the Nashville or Birmingham market area.

Responsibilities:
Ability to form strong business relationships and partner across the enterprise for effective cross-functional project delivery and implementation

Ensure smooth lines of communication from the project to delivery team and vice versa

Collaborate with the team to develop project plans for implementation activities

Participate in release testing, including the development and validation of test cases

Identify and work to remove barriers that slow or prevent the successful attainment of goals & deliverables

Responsible for day to day training coordination of matrix teams

Maintain a positive working relationship with teammates and matrix partners.

Perform ongoing curriculum maintenance as needed to ensure training materials are current and documentation is available in a secure shared location.

Develop solid use cases and role play scenarios and incorporate them into the training curricula

Continuously enhance the training experience

Perform classroom and online training and facilitation as well as physician training and delivery, as required to meet business needs.

Work with market partners to prioritize physician groups for training and adoption

Produce aggregate usage data pertaining to population health platform usage and training attendance monthly.

Provide bi- weekly adoption update pertaining to the population health platform usage.

Directly troubleshoot internal users issues and coordinate efforts with the necessary partners when troubleshooting external issues.

Local Travel up to 50% in the Nashville or Birmingham

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Healthcare Industry experience preferred

Intermediate in Excel and PowerPoint required

Previous training background and experience strongly preferred

Team player with proven ability to foster and manage working relationships within a matrix environment to obtain buy-in and drive results.

Creative thinker with ability to think outside the box and translate ideas into actions

Strong problem solving skills

Excellent oral, written presentation and communication skills. Attention to detail and quality

Demonstrated ability to drive results with sense of urgency in a rapidly changing environment

Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 69,800 - 116,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
