We are located in Terminal 3 at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

We are looking to fill part time and full time shifts

4:00AM-12:30PM

11:00PM-7:30PM

4:00PM-12:30AM

7:30PM-12:30AM

The position will be a crossed trained position of either ticket counter position or passenger service assistant, which is assisting passengers with wheelchairs. Must be able to perform all job duties for both positions.

The wheelchair assistant position is $13.85 plus tips

The ticket counter position is $16

Job duties include:

• Checking passenger ID's
• Place tags on bags
• Transport passengers with mobility limitations to, from and around the inside of the airport.
• Assist in lifting passengers that require assistance getting in or out of their chair or airline seat.
• Assist passengers with their carry-on or gate checked baggage.
• Making sure each and every passenger gets to their destination safely and in a timely manner.
• This position is a cross trained position with our wheelchair passenger assistant position, so you will also be pulled from time to time to push passengers to and from their gates

Job requirements:

• Able to pass a 10-year background check (Prospect will pay $39 fee)
• Must meet all requirements to obtain an airport badge
• Must be able to pass random drug screening
• No experience necessary! Paid training!
• Must be able to lift 50lbs often up to 90lbs occasionally
• Reliable

Passenger assistance $13.85/hr. plus tips
