Pay rate $19.00-27.00 DOE

"• Follows established testing processes and procedures. Responsibility of coordinating, setting up, executing, and reporting High Pressure High Temperature tests.

• Ensures testing is done safely and efficiently per requirements.
• Understand and operate High pressure High Temperature test system, complete complex test set up which would require electronic skills and knowledge
• Assist in designing and setting up test fixtures and other equipment required for the testing.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment used in the testing area.
• Coordinate and ensure Lifting Devices and all other equipment, tools or accessories used for the testing area are inspected, calibration and certified.
• Assume responsibility to assist the creation, content, adoption and reporting of test plans and programs.
• Assume responsibility for the assessment and optimization of test plans and programs with respect to coverage, efficiency and project risk reduction.
• Optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of individual tests and broader product testing programs by applying and tailoring standard tests or creating specialized tests.
• Anticipate test failure modes and events. Engineer tests so as to record and provide effective investigative test data.
• Uses the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable."

Pay: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Overtime

Experience:

• High Pressure High Temperature tests: 5 years (Required)
• Mechanical: 1 year (Required)
• electronic: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
