We're looking for a knowledgible and energetic team member to add to our Technology Support team.

The Technology Services Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to our restaurants and corporate employees who work with point-of-sale systems, PC hardware, and other applications. This support specialist is also involved in technology project work as it relates to changing environments and technology needs. Technology Services delivers, resolves, and improves our customers technology experience.

Support Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor, update, and resolve, incidents through our call tracking system
• Handle all personnel additions / removals from IT Systems
• Respond to customers by phone, email and in person
• Provide technical support and assistance for all POS systems including peripherals, become Expert
• Provide support for Wi Fi access points
• Provide technical support and assistance for computer hardware and software, including Windows and MacOS
• Provide technical support and assistance for network issues including LAN and WAN connections
• Responsible for occasional installation, cabling, and repair of computers and POS Equipment
• Install and configure software and hardware / Meraki firewalls and switchers
• Validate / Test system backups
• Responsible for setting up new users as well as terminating users from the organization
• Available for on-call after hours support rotation with other team members
• Document internal procedures
• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Two (2) or more years of experience in a technical support role
• Experience supporting POS systems and peripherals
• Hospitality/Restaurant Industry Experience is a plus
• Flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Experience with Firewall/Router management and troubleshooting networked devices
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Experience with working with remote customers
• Excellent communications and customer service skills
• SQL Experience
• Certifications a plus
• Achieve daily metrics
• Ability to work well independently and as a team player.
• Position involves prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
• Required occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Requires acceptable range of hearing and vision to communicate with customers & co-workers.
• Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other computer components.
