The work schedule for this position will be Monday- Friday, 9am-6pm.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Supports the Complaint Management System.
• Advise clients conducting validation studies.
• Provide technical support to the Sales Department and their clients; provide technical training to Sales and clients as needed.
• Interacts with Quality Engineering to problem solve and troubleshoot device performance issues.
• Answer telephones, maintain logs/records, organizational skills, proficiency with numbers, research information, time management, train employees, use computerized databases, written and verbal communications.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Word, Excel, and Access.
• Strong technical aptitude.
• Able to break down concepts in understandable terminology to end users.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology or a related science.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical laboratory testing experience is required for Technologist level.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Proficient with computers; Familiarity with laboratory information systems are a plus.
• High level of attention detail along with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to pass a standardized color vision screen.
• Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts depending on business needs.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk and hear. Hand-eye coordination is necessary to operate computers and other office equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
