Title : Project Manager

Client Location : Estero FL with 20% Travel

Duration : 6+ Months Contract to FULLTIME Hire

Client : Car Rental

Rate: 60-65$/hr 1099

CTH. – Conversion Salary - $115K-$130K depending on experience

For this role, looking for a PM with a good technical background. They don’t have to know the answers, but they need to know what questions to ask. They’ll need to be able to question everything and peel back the layers of the onion when speaking to the business. And then be able to turn around and translate those technically to the technical folks.

They should be very familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Bachelors Degree and PMP Cert are not required

Travel Industry experience (airlines, hotel, car rental, etc,) is an enormous plus.

It would require that the person be open to about 20% travel. Most, if not all, of that would be in North America (USA/Canada). There shouldn’t be travel overseas.

• It's a global position working with the Franchise locations. So, at times this person would be meeting with people in Europe, Australia, etc. The job is pretty much 8-5. But on occasion it may start a little earlier or end a little later depending on those global meetings. But 90% of the time it would be normal hours.
• This person should be a strong negotiator both with internal customers as well as external vendors, etc. And should be able to set expectations realistically with everyone involved.
• The position is fully remote. However, only wants to consider someone that is in Eastern or Central time zones.
