Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing excellent customer service on diagnosing, troubleshoots and repairs on Go Fast equipment as well as parts sales. Candidate must be a self-starter, team player and possess the ability to make independent decisions and follow through to completion. As the company grows, so will the role of this position

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field
• At least 1 year of customer service and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
• Above average computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office suite and Internet programs

*Must possess excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) *Must be detailed-orientated, organized, and able to multitask on various projects *Must be self-motivated and demonstrate the ability to work autonomously

Job Duties:

*Troubleshoot the root cause by of technical issues on various product equipment and identify the necessary actions to resolve issues *Create orders for customer’s parts and coordinate with shipping department for delivery *Maintain a professional working relationship with customers and departments necessary to support the customer through continuous communication *Participate in New Product Development (NPD) teams as a service representative *Communicate all service-related documentation such as service field bulletins, information notices, and product updates to internal and external customers and other technical support team members *Check in all parts being returned for warranty credit *Review, reject or release warranty claims for parts being returned for warranty credit *Assist with creating/maintaining documents as needed: service sheets, operation manuals, Assembly instructions

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
