Job description
**This position is at the Pendleton Correctional Facility, but you will not be expected to act as a Correctional Officer**
This position is responsible for coordinating work team(s) to ensure success in attaining stated objectives.
Incumbent ensures the resources, skills, training, materials and information are available to the team to safely
receive, inspect, manufacture, package, and/or ship a quality product which meets customer expectations and
schedules.
Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent with one (1) or more years of experience in a manufacturing
environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required, with the demonstrated ability to work in a team
environment.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills in motivating, problem solving, counseling, evaluating, and training team
members.
The Plainfield facility has the right to deem a person qualified for a position if that person has had one or
more years of experience in the position or similar position.
