Job Summary
Purple is seeking a Systems Integrations Manager for its Lehi, Ut headquarters. This position provides direction and guidance to developers in the ecommerce departments. They will partner with product owners to deliver the development support needed to achieve business objectives.
Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Enables team members by empowering personnel and providing an atmosphere of transparency

Oversee staffing in regard to hiring, dismissals, performance management, and pay reviews in collaboration with senior management

Provide project-level budget forecasts and manages in accordance with the established budget
-
Facilitate the creation of project plans with proper scoping, estimates, and resourcing
-
Ensure the correct execution of projects through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle
-
Establish and stimulate software development standards and processes along with best practices for delivery of scalable software.
-
Perform closely with Engineers, Developers and Product Management throughout organization to influence product development assisting or improving products.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
-
Bachelor's in Computer Science OR related technical discipline. Equivalent experience accepted.

5 years of professional experience in the following areas:
-
Experience leading or mentoring multiple teams of Software Engineers.

Experience building and supporting high-volume, enterprise grade, client facing products that require high availability and quick issue response.

Experience building software with PHP, Javascript, React or related technologies.
-
Experience scaling and securing applications in AWS.
