ROLE: CA Service Desk Administrator
LOCATION: Lansing, MI

• Primary Experience:
• COTS/SAAS Application Administration, Patching, and Configuration
• Direct Customer Service and Interaction
• Technical debugging and troubleshooting
• Technical interactions skills with Vendor and other IT teams.

• Nice To Haves:
• Basic network debugging
• Basic front end development (html and JavaScript)
• Basic SQL
• Windows server experience

Salary: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
