Report to:

System Admin Supervisor

Classification:

Full Time Employee

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

1. Daily

a. System Monitoring (Remote)

i. Review Health Management Servers and determine potential System Issues

ii. Track On-Going Issues or Issues that require Follow-Up

iii. Perform Follow-Ups and Spot Checks to ensure Service Quality Standards, and provide Quality Reviews/Assessments of the Technical Team to Senior Management

b. Dispatch Field Service Technicians

i. Based on System Issues, dispatch Field Service Technicians

ii. Review additional Service Work Requirements (PM Inspections, Installations, Ad-Hoc Service Campaigns) and schedule Field Service Technicians accordingly

c. Service Reports

i. Review Field Service Tickets, to ensure they are complete and accurate

ii. Generate Customer Service Summary Reports

iii. Enter Work Performed into Customer Service Management System

2. Monthly

a. Provide Management Monthly Reports for Billing Purposes

b. Manage Service Work Requirements (PM Inspections, Installations, Ad-Hoc Service Campaigns) and maintain a detailed status, activity and issues report on each project to present to Senior Management

3. General – As Needed

a. Respond to any Service Related Emails and Communications as well as escalate Technical Issues to Manufacturers, Suppliers and Senior Management

b. Coordinate with Manufacturers and Suppliers for Equipment RMA Processing

Hours of Operation and Working Conditions (including but not limited to):

1. Hours of Operation

a. Normal Office Hours are Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm with 30min Break Period.

b. Estimated hours per week: 40 - 45

a. Primary Work Location is Succasunna, NJ

3. Working Conditions:

a. Office/Warehouse

Education, Experience and Skills:

1. Associates Degree, Professional Certifications preferred. High School Diploma or GED Required

2. 3 years Technical Experience in the Video Surveillance Industry (or similar Technology) and at least 1 years Experience as a Project Manger, Program Manager, or Service Coordinator

3. Experience managing multiple Service Crews and Projects simultaneously

4. Excellent Written, Verbal and Organizational Skills, as well as Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Publisher, Power Point) and Acrobat

5. Demonstrated ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel

6. Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations.

7. Not afraid to escalate situations to others when necessary.

8. Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change with competing demands.

9. Ability to work independently and to perform well under pressure

10. Valid Driver’s License and Personal Vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
