Chula Seafood Grayhawk is looking for an experienced full-time sushi chef to join our team at the raw bar. Can you filet beautiful seafood to present in our fresh market case and sashimi platters? Oyster shucking, poke, and more with the opportunity to be creative.
We are growing quickly and need experienced team players to grow with us. We are a family owned and operated wholesale, fish market and restaurant known for our customer service and attention to detail. Chula Seafood is a high-end counter-style, quick service restaurant and fish market. Guests order off the menu or from the fresh fish case, take a seat and food is brought out to them. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for culinary excellence and a keen eye for detail. You will assist in providing exceptional food quality and presentation.
Full Time Position – AM or PM availability

5 years related experience required
Knife Skills / Own Knives
Basic Seafood Knowledge a plus
