Hillstone Restaurant at Bal Harbour is now hiring skilled sushi chefs with high volume experience to join our culinary team. Potential staff needs to be diligent, hard-working and good with instruction. Experience working in restaurants is required and a strong focus on development is necessary. We are holding open interviews Monday-Friday 11am-1pm and 3-5pm

Responsibilities

·Execute service and prep items to our specifications in a timely manner while maintaining an exceptional level of professionalism

·Employ a strong level of cleanliness and organization to preserve efficient culinary operations

· Demonstrate a high level of teamwork to effectively complete tasks at hand

· Maintain a high level of professionalism throughout high volume, fast paced service

Skills

· Work experience preferred but not required

· Excellent time management skills

· Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed

· Attention to detail and sanitation rules

· Availability to work in shifts, during weekends, evenings and holidays

·Ability to thrive in high pressure environment
