Location Requirements:

*** Must live within 50 miles of our Fayetteville, NC site***

Location: 921 Strickland Bridge Road Fayetteville, NC 28314

You have the option to work on site or remotely from you own home. If you chose to work remotely, we would require you to come on site for a 1-day orientation before you start your training.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Support the client in the generation of internet service quotes
  • Navigate multiple tools to accurately build quotes based on customer needs
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Use chat, email, and web conferencing platforms to interface with key leaders and partners to provide service to customers

Qualifications:
  • Proven customer/client service communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma
  • Highly motivated, self-starter and team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Fayetteville, NC 28304: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
