Richemont – Supply Chain Manager
How will the successful candidate make an impact? You will:
- Supervise the order management team, ensure the correct order entry and the delivery of the goods as requested by the customers, reducing the backorder level and lead time of order processing
- Manage and monitor the retail stock levels
- Supervise automatic replenishment and retail manual orders through SAP
- Manage and control local country stock second choice and first choice, in coordination with Richemont share services
- Manage logistics actions relating to stock by ensuring an accurate timing and accounting
- Support the stock inventory of Italian office stock
- Deal with all the internal stakeholders in order to manage any potential issues related to stock
- Supervise purchase orders of Group’s point of sales material and the movement of POS material from the external storage
- Support Client Service/Aftersales department in the damaged products substitution process by managing the order process with the headquarters
How will you experience success with us?
- Degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration preferred
- Experience in managing supply chain operations, ideally in a luxury retail brand
- Experience using supply chain management software and tools, including SAP
- Ability to work cross-functionally and experience in working with senior company leaders
- Strong communication and analytical skills, supporting your strategic mindset
- Strong project management and problem solving skills, to ensure continuous improvement
- Attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and set deadlines
- Fluent in Italian and English
