The House Supervisor is responsible for assisting the residents through the activities of daily living according to the resident?s assessment and individualized service Plans (ISP). This includes engaging with residents, providing and assisting diverse activities as appropriate, while promoting as much resident independence as possible. The House Supervisor maintains a caring attitude towards residents, families and the team and ensures a safe and clean environment for all.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

? Be of support to the ED and RN for completion of duties, following Azura?s MOSAIC standards, policies and

procedures.

? Assist with new resident move-in as directed or assigned by management

? Complete and/or assist with resident care to ensure the highest quality of life, care and services,

including, but not limited to: ADL assistance - bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring,

dining, taking and recording vital signs and weights, etc

? Assistance/back up for schedule

Certifications:

? CBRF Certifications: Standard Precautions, First Aid and Fire Safety

? Medication Passing Certification REQUIRED

? CNA (preferred but not required)

Experience:

? Previous experience in a resident care setting
