With over 16 manufactured home parks primarily located in Saratoga County, and growing, we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team to help ensure excellent customer service at our parks.

We are currently looking for a Superintendent. This position will manage, plan and execute all aspects of assigned projects. The Superintendent is responsible for managing a team, planning all construction sequencing and meeting project goals to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project.

SUPERINTENDENT

Title: Superintendent

FLSA: Salaried Exempt

Reports To: CEO

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 75lbs, standing, sitting, climbing, bending, stooping, walking, twisting, crawling, reaching, kneeling, hand/eye and foot/eye coordination, hearing, grasp

Hours of Work: Full Time, 40 hours/wk, M-F

6:30am-2:30pm, Overtime as required

Pay:$110k-$140k

Job Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in the construction field, with a focus on residential building projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office, internet and email
• Strong work ethic with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to work as a leader and motivate subordinates.
• Must a valid and clean driving record
• OSHA Safety training
• Knowledge of specific trades and scopes of work
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines with strong organization and problem solving skills
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a team, internally and externally
• Ability to apply fundamental of the means and methods of constructions management projects

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management of the service team and the oversight of the day to day projects and construction activities to ensure they meet schedule, quality and budget objectives.
• Communicate on a timely basis, project needs to management, team and subcontractors.
• Provides management and instruction to the service team and subcontractors for overall job and workflow.
• Monitor safety and enforce company safety standards with onsite personnel without exception to ensure project is safe for all workers and residents.
• Manages material and equipment needs for the project
• Create, distribute and complete punch list, assuring smooth product transition.
• Ensures quality compliance through use of specifications and setting quality standards
• Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner
• Responsible for identifying and recruiting talent as well as the retention and evaluation of current team
• Utilities awareness, experience, and knowledge to identify problems and recommends solutions for review and implementation by the team.
