Hiring Summer Job Coaches

Great Opportunity for: College Students, School Staff Members, Future Educators, and Future Social Workers

Developing Community Opportunities, LLC is seeking part time Summer Youth Job Coaches to assist individuals with disabilities to develop necessary work skills in the community for future employment opportunities.

Great opportunity for individuals looking to make a little extra money during the summer without working the whole summer. Summer Job Coaches will work hands on with youth at their job sites to help them learn job skills, assess their strengths and areas for improvement. Coaches will provide training services to individuals to help them become more employable.

Some job duties include

Daily documentation and report writing

Working with a group of 2 to 4 youth at a work site

Working hands on with individuals to develop necessary work skills in local community businesses

Communication with diverse individuals, business, stakeholders and DCO Supervisors

Counties that we looking for job coaches are Lorain, Huron, Erie, Sandusky and Ottawa Counties

Dates: June 13th – July 16th, 2022 (with a possibility of a few more weeks after July 16th, 2022) and a one-day training before June 13th dates to TBA

Hours: 20 to 25 hours a week

Monday through Friday with Fridays being a day to write reports at home.

Or

Monday through Thursday with Thursday being a day to write reports
