JOB DESCRIPTION: The Twinbrook Swimming Pool Manager will perform a variety of managerial and administrative duties, including planning, scheduling, communicating with the Pool Board and pool members, and making the pool a safe and fun place for the community. The successful candidate will manage and oversee staff; oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the pool and facilities; enforce safety rules; administer First Aid and CPR; communicate with the Board regarding safety, security, staffing, maintenance, pool supplies, and membership issues; complete incident reports; and follow all Montgomery County Codes.

QUALIFICATIONS: Current Aquatic Facility Operator Certification or Montgomery County Pool Operator license; current certification in American Red Cross CPR and First Aid for the Professional Rescuer or American Heart Association Heart saver CPR; minimum of two years experience working at a public or private pool or equivalent; be able to successfully complete a background check, similar in depth to USA Swimming background checks.

This is a seasonal hourly position, starting in May and ending in September 2023.
