Cerchiamo Store Manager con esperienza consolidata per l'area di Roma, con forte motivazione e passione per il settore Retail, dotato/a di leadership e ottime capacità comunicative:

Principali responsabilità:
- Eseguire e rispettare ogni giorno le linee guida e le strategie commerciali stabilite per raggiungere gli obiettivi dell'azienda
- Comunicare, diffondere e difendere i valori e la cultura aziendale coinvolgendo tutti i membri del team
- Applicare tecniche di coaching, formazione e role modeling, orientando il team verso l’eccellenza nella relazione con il cliente
- Supervisionare le attività del team, valutandone la performance attraverso costanti feedback e follow up
- Gestione di tutte le attività operative per il corretto funzionamento del punto vendita (Visual Merchandising, Delivery, controllo magazzino e stock, controllo checkout ecc...)
Cosa stiamo cercando?
- Un'esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni come Store Manager in contesti Retail strutturati
- Una buona capacità di analisi e conoscenza dei principali KPI di vendita
- Comprovata capacità di delega in modo efficace, eseguire attività di follow-up e comunicazione con tutti i livelli aziendali
- Spiccate doti di analisi e di problem solving
- Esperienza nella gestione delle risorse e di team composti da almeno 10/15 risorse
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (la conoscenza di altre lingue è considerata un plus)
