We are looking to fill a store manager/leader position at Our 1932 E Washington Street Vinton, VA location! Join an enthusiastic and fun culture in a family-like atmosphere! Our executive team and sales associates seek to positively impact the people we come in contact with every day. An environment of hospitality for our employees and our customers, providing the best customer service, excellent products, and integrity in sales. Partnering with US Cellular, ANW Wireless, an Authorized Agent, our store manager/leader position includes, recruiting/interviewing candidates, training and development of retail wireless sales associates. The Store leader position also involves performing monthly weekly and daily operations to meet over store goals. We are looking for a qualified candidate who understands or is willing to learn Leading by example, conducting community events, promoting the US Cellular brand through customer engagement, customer advocacy. To name a few other key focuses of the store leader is greeting customers and building positive relationships with them, explaining the benefits of UScellular and the product, crafting a package created solely for the customer, and recommending based on the customer’s needs.
Minimum Requirements:
We are looking for someone who enjoys community and interacting with customers. Individuals with integrity and a strong work ethic, as well as a desire to grow and flourish in a friendly company environment. Applicants must be 18 years or older, have a completed high-school diploma, be able to stand for long periods of time, and have a strong familiarity with working on computers. Previous sales experience is a major plus, preferred, but not required.
