Store/Facilities Coordinator

  • Hybrid Schedule- Indianapolis, IN
  • $16-20/hr, depending on experience
  • 6 month contract to hire

Job Duties:

  • Assist the SFC with maintaining store repair work orders
  • Follow up on work orders & escalate to the SFC
  • Turn on utility accounts for new stores and turn off for closing stores
  • Monitor and pay utility accounts via Cass Maintain trackers for common issues such as roof leaks, cashwrap letters/lighting, light boxes, etc.
  • Update and maintain data fields in Service Channel

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Learn and become proficient with our Facility Management Software, entering data, and running reports.
  • Provides reports on open and closed work orders and checks status with the appropriate technician or vendor
  • Ability to solve problems in partnership with internal and external partners
  • General proficiency in Excel, Google, etc.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
