Monday - Friday 12 PM - 8:30 PM : 2nd shift opening

Tuesday and Wednesday 7 AM - 3:30 PM, Saturday and Sunday 4 PM - 4:30 AM : Weekend Warrior opening.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Stockroom Buyer, the Stockroom Attendant will support Stockroom and Production control functions as well as provide customer support to Mobex employees and suppliers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Receive stockroom items and enter data into an ERP computer system.
• Put stockroom items away in numerical order and in proper locations.
• Verify packing slip to shipped count.
• Conduct cycle counting, stockroom transactions utilizing the Plex system, and check e-mail and Teams on a daily basis.
• Maintain stockroom and shipping dock cleanliness.
• Drive mobile equipment to stage items.
• Responsible for stockroom transactions for multiple locations.
• Inventory control – including daily reporting.
• Other Duties as assigned.

PRIMARY COMPETENCIES: High School Diploma or GED; or 2+ years stockroom experience.

• Ability complete required paperwork.
• Possess problem solving abilities.
• Possess mechanical aptitude and ability to understand use of manufacturing inventory items.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to obtain mobile equipment certification.
• Possess strong organizational skills.
• Ability to utilize a computer in a Windows environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: None.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job is performed in an office environment working with standard office equipment such as copiers, telephones, computers, and filing cabinets. Some performed in work in conditions which may include seasonal hot and humid conditions, dust, noise and other elements for extended periods of time.

POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: This is a full-time, non-exempt position with scheduled hours Monday through Friday. Overtime may occur during the work week or weekends and will be based on production needs.
