What You'll Do:
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment of DSP staff, posts positions via BalanceTrak, stage hiring outcomes.
- Manages database of DSP relief staff.
- Provides recommendations for best candidates.
- Coordinate and participate in sourcing candidates through job fairs and directed candidate outreach.
- Provides onboarding for new hires, through orientation and job training.
- Supervises DSPs on the relief list. Checks with managers for feedback on staff performance.
- Prepares monthly reports on the status of job fairs, relief lists and job performance.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Three years experience with services provided by group homes, day programs, and/or support to individuals living independently in the community.
- High School diploma, associate's degree in human services field preferred.
- Use of Microsoft Office products.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.
Salary: $19.50-$21.00/hour.
