an exciting opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in the Sedona or

Prescott, AZ area.

We are looking for a long-term Full Charge Bookkeeper to help us

transition our records for three businesses into QuickBooks and

maintain our accounts as we grow.

Bookkeeper Job Responsibilities:

 Setup QuickBooks and transition existing records to the new system.

 Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts;

posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance.

 Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a

chart of accounts, defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.

 Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting

transactions.

 Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.

 Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.

 Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling

entries.

 Maintains historical records by filing documents.

 Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing

account information and trends.

 Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying

requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports;

advising management on needed actions.

 Work directly with the CEO and CFO

 Onboard new business accounting as new business ventures are

established.

 Other duties to support the team as assigned.

Work hours and Hourly Wage:

 Work remotely either in Sedona or Prescott, Arizona

 Approximately 30 hours weekly – flexible schedule

 Compensation: TBD DOE

 Weekly meetings with CEO

Education and Experience:

 Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred

 Previous bookkeeping experience required

 Knowledge of and experience with QuickBooks required
