Job Description: We have an exciting opportunity for YOU to join US, as our Staff Accountant. In this role, you will report to the VP of Finance and be responsible for providing accounting and clerical support to Finance Department. Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing month end reconciliations
• Review financials to ensure accuracy
• Vendor reconciliations
• Maintain and update accounting records and files
• Reconcile bank statements
• Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger
• Organize and track fixed assets
• Apply new accounting policies and ensure compliance with company standards

Job Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 2+ years’ experience
• Experaince with Great Plains OR MS Dynamics is preferred
• Strong working knowledge of the general ledger and its relationship to financial statements
• Skilled in communicating to both internal and external customers
• Must be highly motivated and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate and demonstrate a teamwork approach to job responsibilities
• Ability to demonstrate initiative, dependability and promptness

Location, Pay & Benefits:

• Offering a Hybrid Schedule with the office located near Fort Lauderdale, Florida
• $60K-$70k, based upon experience
