Home improvement is complex. Most home improvement projects require a fundamental understanding of the space in your home – before you even get started.

And if you’re like us, much of the critical info about your home is all over the place, written down and stashed in a folder, or simply nonexistent. We’re building a future that leverages the rise of emerging technologies like LiDAR, computer vision, AI, and mixed reality hardware: technologies that will not only sense and understand your home’s space, but will also put all of that data into your hands in useful ways whenever you need it, wherever you are.
We are seeking experienced full-stack software engineers to solve unique and complex technical problems that face our internal and external customers. Software engineers on our team prototype new ideas, build innovative experiences at scale, and enhance existing products. Our team is building the next-generation of products that empower home improvement customers and transform home improvement retail. Join us!

What you’ll do:

• Implement features and support home data products with ReactJS
• Design and implement features for WebGL and Node JS based 3D applications
• Develop prototypes with modern TypeScript and JavaScript frameworks (e.g.: ReactJS/AngularJs/VueJs)
• Develop full stack web/mobile applications with a variety of languages including but not limited to C#, Python, NodeJS, etc
• Work closely with our PM and design teams to define feature specifications and build the next generation of products leveraging frameworks such as React, ARCore and ARKit

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• 6+ years relevant software development experience
• 3+ years of experience working on projects at all phases of the development cycle
• 3+ years of experience in web technologies: JavaScript, XHTML, CSS, GraphQL
• 3+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL
• 1+ year with Cloud platform services such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with one or more: Mobile (iOS/Android), ARCore/ARKit/AR Foundation, Web VR, UX/UI, Game development, 3D
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
• Ability to thrive in a startup-like environment and deliver results
• Strong oral and written communication skills
