At Honeywell Advanced Connected Sustainability Technologies (ACST), our outstanding team of scientists, engineers, and professionals develop groundbreaking technology by applying their expertise in complex hardware and software control systems, atomic physics, ultra-high vacuum environments, cryogenics, cyber security, and more.

Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Generalist for our Golden Valley, MN location. In this role, you will be the primary onsite HR support for the Environment and Infrastructure (E&I) engineering organization. You will partner closely with cross-functional technical teams to broker HR services. You will actively engage in talent acquisition/management, organizational development, employee relations, performance management and workforce planning initiatives.

• Driving organizational effectiveness
• Leading the E&I team through change and business growth
• Succession planning and talent development/retention
• Acting as a coach and confidant
• Proactively resolving employee relations issues
• Project management of key HR programs and priorities
• Analyzing data to drive critical business decisions
• Working closely with peers and COEs across the company to plan and implement various initiatives and processes

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience
• U.S. Citizenship to obtain and maintain government security clearance

WE VALUE:

• Master’s degree in human resources or a business-related field
• 5 years of experience Human Resources experience
• Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
• Individuals who are self-motivated and take the initiative to get things done
