Pacific Coast Speech Services is in need of a full-time or part-time Speech Language Pathologist with a Master’s degree and current, active license as a California Speech Language Pathologist, or an enthusiastic CF/RPE candidate. This is a school-based position within 5 miles of Valley Center, CA (Escondido area). Mileage may be reimbursed.

• 36-year history of providing evidence-based services to schools in the local area of Southern California. Our superior speech pathologists and SLP-As are the backbone of our practice.
• Specific speech pathologist positions often continue year to year in the same site, as our school partners recognize the high quality of our clinical expertise. Satisfaction surveys routinely rate our clinicians at 9 or above on a 10 point scale.
• Our clinicians are excited about their profession, dedicated to their educational team, and creative in supporting their students and families.
• We do accept a limited number of Clinical Fellows; our supervision is extensive.
• We're flexible with the number of hours/days worked. CFs are supported intentionally by experienced SLPs.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology or are within a semester of completing a Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
• You have a speech services credential or CA SLP license or are eligible within the next semester.
• You are a go-getter with a passion for working in school settings.
• You are compassionate, empathetic, and kind.
• You are an excellent communicator with strong speaking and writing skills.
