We are looking for young talents, motivated, curious and enterprising, to join us at our Operations Headquarters in Agordo (BL), where the history of our Company got started.

As Senior Process Engineer you will be the reference point for welding processes between metals and you will lead interactions about the topic with the other Regions at global level.

Here some responsibilities you will have:

• 
  Definition of process KPIs
• Scouting and evaluation of new machinery and equipments in order to get the best results
• Resources and activities management
• Facilitating communication and team building
• Project monitoring and reporting to the steering committee

• Previous technical experience in process, manufacturing and automation Engineer is appreciated.
• You have a strong theoretical and academic background and experince in endotermic stable joining process between metals. Especially in hard brazing processes between heterogeneous metals.
• You have excellent understanding of mechanical drawings and CAD software and basic knoledge relating to mechanical machining processes, cold forming, MIM, additive manufacturing and metrology.
• You have knowledge of suitable heating system, especially with electromagnetic induction system.
• You approach problems through a rigorous scientific method

• You are a flexible person, able to adapt in an international context of constant change
• You can proactively organize your time and activities to get things done
• You have strong facilitation and communication skills
