Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Software Engineer in Charlotte, NC.

Job Role and Responsibility:

Participate in application design by providing feedback and guidance on available technology options to business problems specific to sanctions screening. Provide high-level estimate for different alternative designs to help guide functional design. Analyze complex business requirements, designs and write architecture and technical specifications to design computer application. Lead application detain design, providing guidance and consultation to other members of the development team. Analyze requirements specific to the technical needs of the highly available, high volume, real-time transactional process system. Develop highly complex original code. Verify program logic by: reviewing detailed design prepared by other members of the technical staff and participating in code walkthrough. Ensure any modified or new components are well-documented so that the deployment team can deploy efficiently. Participate in process refinement for the entire software development life cycle. Assure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met.

Required Qualifications :

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, or related technical field plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving application development and implementation experience.

Specific skills required:
  • 7 years of MS SQL server experience
  • 7 years of web applications experience
  • 7 years of MS Visual Studio experience
  • 7 years of VB.net experience and C# experience
  • 5 years of 3rd party reporting tools experience
  • 5 years of Team Foundation Server (TFS) experience
  • 2 years of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Programming experience
  • 2 years of MVC (Model-View-Controller) Framework experience
  • 2 years of AngularJS experience
  • 2 years of PEGA Work Flow as a service (WaaS) software experience
  • 2 years of Microsoft Azure experience
  • 1 year of Azure Service Fabric experience
  • 1 year of experience using Cross Platform data intensive Web and Mobile applications using one or a combination of the following: Sencha ExtJS, Themer, Stencils and Sencha Architect tool.
