Winfield Security is looking for an Site Manager to join our Team!
Winfield Security has successfully provided security services for over 45 years. We are based in Midtown Manhattan and we provide unarmed Security Guard Services to a large variety of clients throughout New York City. Job Overview:

• Security Site Manager, who will supervise a guard force of 35 – 45 security officers
• Sites located in Manhattan
• Great working environment, terrific future potential

Candidates should be:

• Experienced in maintaining effective relationships with both clients and employees
• On call 24/7
• Saturday and Sunday mandatory
• Computer literate with experience in MS Office and Valiant scheduling system preferred
• Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills

The Manager will be responsible for:

• Generating weekly guard schedules and ensuring sufficient coverage
• Supervision of day-to-day operations of assigned client facility
• Manage a team of security officers including hiring /selection, scheduling, training, coaching, development, and support
• Ensure the client site is provided with high-quality security services
• Assist in generating post instructions for the account
• Administer disciplinary action to ensure compliance with company policies & procedures
